The Rise Condos really is a breath of fresh air. The steel and concrete construction, location, and impeccable design elements really make this one a cut above. I’ve had some difficult obstacles in life to overcome the last few years but now….I feel like my daughter and I are on “The Rise”.
My search took me to all areas of the city, but I knew what I was looking for and held out until I found the perfect home. The 3 bedroom Birch plan at Amber Grove was exactly what I was looking for and working with Anita from StreetSide was effortless. I love my new home!
The same week we moved in was also the same week we picked up our dog, Romo, and our plans of being a dog mom, dog dad, and condo owners had finally come to fruition! It was a very exciting time for us and it is a memory and a moment in our lives we will never forget!
We weren’t even looking to move, and really hadn’t considered condo life. But, we were attracted by the Bluestem condos – beautiful homes with no yard to maintain. Situated along a ton of green space, and next to 6km of trails, it is the perfect setting for empty nesters with a passion for the outdoors, and frequent guests. Our new home is spacious, modern, elegant, and we couldn’t be happier!
The community is quiet with just enough neighborly interaction. Working with StreetSide on those last little details to make our home perfect has been great. We highly recommend looking at Bluestem or any other StreetSide community!
I just recently purchased my first place; a condo that was developed by StreetSide. Very nice place, great finishes, and their onsite construction staff was also very diligent in answering any questions that I had. I viewed two other condos developed by StreetSide – all very nice and affordable.
We bought our first condo two months ago. The quality of the unit and the property itself is great and well worth what we paid for. Streetside has been very attentive to our queries and requests. We were kept up-to-date on the progress of our service requests, and were dealt with promptly. Would highly recommend!
